We carried out a modern, comprehensive renovation of the villa, preserving its historical authenticity and incorporating wooden elements into the design.
Total area of work completed: 1,670 m² inside and 280 m² outside.

All construction work was completed on a "turnkey" basis. The total area of the project is 4,990 m². All wooden facade elements, with a total area of 3,500 m², were handcrafted.
